Yep if you’re reading this then congratulations, you can read! Oh you might notice that I also changed the blog drastically, and made almost all of my old content private. I did it for several reasons but as I think that the music still speaks for itself. After all, this website began as a place to share my music many years ago. Anyway I decided that we need a fresh start here and that’s today. Something big is coming, although it might be far in the future. I can’t tell you what it is just yet but just so you know, it’s not album three. I’m also working on that, but this blog is going to host a new feature that I think people will enjoy much more. Hold your horses though, because as I previously stated, you shouldn’t expect anything for at least a year. Trust me though, it’s going to be pretty awesome. The type of thing you lay staring at the clouds thinking about… maybe.
I hope that you don’t miss my old posts too much, because as I privatized and took them down I looked through each and everyone of them. They’re magnificent pieces of my history. That being said, I don’t feel the need to have such a public life. Don’t worry, I left many of my songs here for your enjoyment. I’m hard at work on this “big surprise” coming to AlexRoda.com so expect more news as soon as I can get everything ready. Sorry for being pretty vague!
The point is that I’m still here and I’ll still be blogging, occasionally. If I took any features away that you want back feel free to leave a comment, and I look forward to revealing more of the changes coming soon!

I did another cover of a song you may recognize called “Get On My Horse”. I’m not going to provide a link to the original because of it’s slight graphic nature, but know that it’s very catchy and still quite awesome. I suppose you could Google it or something but perhaps later. So here’s my acoustic, yet epic, cover. Now shut up and listen. Maybe comment afterwards.
I wonder if I should start doing cover Fridays. Remember last week’s cover of Hallelujah? I promise there will be an acoustic version of that coming pretty soon as well but I just couldn’t resist Get On My Horse cause well, you know, it’s amazing.
Maybe I should work on my comedy album once in awhile instead of covers, but come on that was way too much fun :-D
